Yardly is an on demand yard maintenance service that connects individuals who require snow removal or lawn mowing with professional service partners via a mobile app. Yardly was previously known as SnowTapp.

Can I get a quote before I order?
Absolutely. Before you submit an order on the app you get a rough price estimate and can choose whether to proceed or not. Alternatively, you can get a quote on our website and we’ll e-mail you one right away.
Where does Yardly currently offer services to?
Yardly currently serves Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park with plans to expand to other major Canadian cities in Fall 2016.
What does Yardly do in the winter?
In the winter, Yardly offers on demand snow removal that connects people who need their driveways and sidewalks cleared with snow removal professionals.
Where can I get the Yardly app?
The Yardly app is coming soon and will be available for free on the App Store for iPhones and on Google Play for Android.
How do I create an account?
Simply download the app and register with your email address. Alternatively, you can call us at 1‑855‑688‑8277 and we’d be happy to take your order over the phone
What kind of information do I need to provide to Yardly?
I have sent a service request. What happens next?
Your part is done! Your lawn will be mowed within the next 24 hours. We will send you a picture of your freshly-mowed lawn as soon as work is completed.
Do I have to be home for the service?
No. We send you pictures of your freshly mowed lawn so that you can verify that the work was completed to your satisfaction.
Can I order Yardly for a friend? What if I have multiple properties?
Absolutely. We accept multiple addresses in the app and you can request on demand or recurring service for any one of your properties or friends.
What kind of service packages does Yardly offer? Do you have recurring services?
Yardly offers two flexible service packages.
On Demand: Order professional lawn mowing services whenever you need them
Recurring: Pick a start and end date and get your lawn professionally mowed on either a weekly or bi-monthly basis. Just set it and forget it.
When and how will I be charged?
All payments will be charged directly to your credit card as soon as you order an on demand service. If you’re on our recurring plan, you get billed each time your lawn is mowed.
How long will it take a partner to get to my house?
Your lawn will be mowed within 24 hours of placing the order. You will receive a photo of the completed work once it’s finished.
Can I cancel service once an order is placed?
You may cancel a service request within 1 hour of making the request, provided that the service partner has not yet arrived at your property. Cancellation fees may be charged if services are cancelled more than 1 hour after the initial request.
Who else sees the information I share with Yardly? Is my payment information secure?
How will I know when work is completed if I’m not home?
Yardly sends pictures of your freshly mowed lawn directly to your phone as soon as work is completed.
What happens if it rains?
Depending on the amount of rain, service will be delayed until your lawn is sufficiently dry. We don’t want to cause any damage to your property or compromise the quality of your cut.
Yardly's Service Partners
How does Yardly vet its service partners? What kind of credentials do they have?
All Yardly service partners are required to submit identification documents, eligibility to work documents, and must undergo a criminal background check. They must also complete and pass a comprehensive test on best lawn mowing practices before they can begin to accept work.
Can I rate my service partners?
Absolutely. We encourage you to give us as much feedback (good or bad) as possible so that we can continue to make Yardly the best it can be. In addition to leaving a review on the app, please do not hesitate to shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how we did.

What if I am unhappy with the service?

I think my property has been damaged by a Yardly service partner, what do I do?
Yardly takes the safety of our customers and their property very seriously. In the event that you believe that one of Yardly’s service partners damaged your property you should take the following steps:
Take a detailed photo of the area you believe that one of Yardly’s service providers damaged.
Immediately contact Yardly’s customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph and detailed description of the incident. A customer support representative will contact you shortly thereafter.
Your part is done. Yardly will conduct a thorough investigation of the incident. We will keep you informed every step of the way so that we find a fair and reasonable solution.
