Upon commencement of this Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), Yardly (“the Contractor”) and the customer (“the Client”) agree as follows:
Note: Availability of specific services and scheduling may vary by region within Alberta. Yardly will notify Clients of any regional limitations at the time of booking.
Recurring mowing visits will occur on a scheduled weekday. A $10/visit rescheduling fee applies. Skipped visits at the Client’s request will not result in a refund, as pricing is based on seasonal maintenance.
Spring/Mid-season/Fall Clean-Ups will be completed within three days of the scheduled date, subject to weather and ground conditions. Yardly prioritizes safety and scheduling efficiency across all service visits.
Note: The Client is paying for ongoing lawn maintenance, not time spent per visit. Shorter visits reflect the nature of maintenance cycles. There are no refunds for shorter visits.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is current and accurate to receive these communications. Message and data rates may apply depending on the Client’s mobile service provider.
Clients acknowledge and consent to receive service-related text messages as part of this Agreement. These communications are transactional in nature and not promotional. Yardly complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Clients may update communication preferences at any time by contacting Yardly.
Clients must monitor their property and notify Yardly of any localized hazardous conditions. Clients agree to hold Yardly harmless for issues arising from failure to report such conditions.

Health & Safety Disclaimer: Yardly does not provide sanitation services. Clients accept responsibility for maintaining a safe, sanitary yard between visits. Yardly disclaims liability for illness, injury, or adverse health outcomes related to pet waste, except in cases of gross negligence.

Clients must uncheck this box to opt out of renewal. Clients who leave the box checked provide affirmative consent to renewal under the terms of this Agreement.
